Dear Mr. Seyfrit:
In accordance with Interagency Agreement No. NRC-05-79-266 received here on 20 June 1979 and subsequently executed, petrographic work was done.
Twenty copies of the report cf the results of this work are attached (Incl 1).
The report shows that the results of this investigation agree with the PCA find 1ngs as given in reports transcitted by the Kansas Gas and Electric Company to you and to your Washington office on 2S Februar) and 13 "ay 1979 respectively.
Specifically our results indicate that the concrete samples representative of test cylinders giving low values in the ccepressien tests are of co= parable quality to that in the specimens giving the normal strength values.
