JANUARI 15, 1979 LETTER FROM J. F. S10LZ TO T. M. ANDERSON RE: REVIEW 0F TOPICAL REPORTS ON CLASS IE ELECTRICAL AND CONTROL EQUIPMENT By telephone, Westinghouse has advised us that Pages 3 and 5 of the Enclosure to the subject letter contained Westinghouse proprietary infonnation.
Enclosed are proprietary pages to replace Pages 3 and 5 of the Enclosure to our January 15, 1979 letter.
We request recipients of this Enclosure to destroy the superseded Pages 3 and 5 and handle the proprietary pages in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 2.790.
We have instructed the Public Document Room, Technical Information Center ar.d Nuclear Safety Information Center to destroy Pages 3 and 5 of the enclosure transmitted by our January 15, 1979 letter and have provided these facilities with non-proprietary replacement pages.
The non-proprietary pages are identical to proprietary pages except that information deemed to be proprietary has been deleted.
