On May 31 and June 1,1979, respectively, Intervenors Citizens' Energy Forum and Potomac Alliance served written interrogatories upon the NRC Staff in the above-captioned proceeding. The NRC Staff hereby waives the provisions of 10 CFR 52.720(h)(2)(ii) governing discovery upon the NRC Staff.
However, due to conflicting connitments on behalf of several key Staff members, the NRC Staff will be unable to respond to the interrogatories, in full, until June 29. The parties have already been advised of this matter.
