This refers to your application dated January 24, 1979 and supplemented June 15,1979, requesting an amendment to the Model No. LL-50-100 packaging.
Your application dated January 24, 1979 indicated that the location of the cover lifting device has been changed and that the change is reflected by Drawing No. 1042-0-0021, Revision D.
However, the drawing submitted in the acplication was Revision C of Drawing No. ~1042-D-0021 instead of Revision D which you indicated reflected the change in the cover lif ting device.
By letter dated "ay 17, 1979, we advised you of this fact and requested you sub.ait Drawing No.1042-D-0021, Revision 3, which was omitted in your application.
Your letter of response dated June 15, 1979 submitted Drawing Nos.1042-J-0001, Revision 3, and 1042-C-0002, Revision D, which you indicated should have been submitted with your request of January 24, 1979.
Drawing No. 1042-0-0021, Ravision D, was not submitted as requested.
Drawing No. 1042-C-0002, Revision D, which you submitted is a latter revision of the drawing required by the Certificate of Compliance and was not addressed as a drawing change in your application of January 24, 1979.
In order to clarify the drawings which are to be considered with our review of the proposed amendment, submit eight copies of all drawings for the packaging, delineating the changes and discussing their safety significance.
Please advise us within thirty (30) days from the date of this letter when this infomation will be provided.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, we will be pleased to meet with you and your staff.
