This is in regard to the Training and Qualificaticns Plan submitted by your lettar of January 15. 1979, as corrected by pages submitted with your letter of !!ay 21,1979. We have determined that the pian as revised meets the re-quirements of Appendix B stipulated by 10 CFR 73.50 and will be acceptable upon receipt of a schedule showing how all security personnel will be quali-T'ed within the designated time.
Accordingly, we are hereby amending Section 9.0 of Materials and Plant Protection MPP-2 to your License No. SNM-777, by imposing License Condition 9.1.C as set forth in the enclosure to this letter, effective 60 days.
