which were submitted under cover letter dated April 24, 1978. The Staff's assessment concludes that the impacts are insignificant and, therefore, remain unchanged from the evaluation set forth in the FES and Final Supplement.

Unless a request is made by July 2,1979 to have Mr. Bivins and Dr. Goldstein available for examination, the Staff intends to merely offer these affidavits into evidence.
