General Atomic Company c,betitted, reference (a), its Contingency Plan for our fi:ced site on Septembe-- 19, 1978. Your staff's review ce=ents were transmitted to us in your letter, reference (b). We have revised our plan to incorporate the co=ents received.
We herewith submit copies of our revised Contingency Plan in acer cdance with the instructions given in reference (b). This revised plan conpletely super-sedes the earlier version dated September 19, 1978.
Please destroy all super-seded copies in a manner appropriate to the classification ot the material.
