Enclosed are three (3) copies of the Comprehensive Evaluation Report containing the consolidated observations of the evaluation teams which visited your Canoga Park facility.
It is requested that you furnish this Office a description of actions you have taken (or propose to take) in consideration of the contents of Section 3.2.2.1 of the report.
Your coments are also requested concerning the remainder of the report.
Members of my staff are prepared to discuss the details of the report with you. A reply by April 30, 1979 is requested.
We have determined that the enclosure to this letter contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d).
Accordingly, it is deemed to be cer=ercial or financial informaticn within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure cnly in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
In addition, we are withholding the enclosure from public disclosure since it is classified CONFICENTIAL-NSI.
