As requested in Reference (2) above, I have enclosed seven (7) copies of the revised Hittman Nuclear & Development Corporation (HNDC) Quality Assurance program.
The program has been revised to reflect changes in operating procedures and to core fully address the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71 Appendix E.
The additional information you requested (as indicated by the asterisked attachment to your letter) is contained in both the ENDC Quality Assurance Manual, Procedure ENDC-Q-001, Revisior. 5 (copies 113 through 119 attached), and the referenced Quality Assurance Manual Addendum, Procedure E'?DC-Q-001B, Revision 0 (copies 2 through 8 attached).
These supersede Revision 4 cf the Quality Assurance Manual (copies 63 and 64) submitted 6/16/78, which should be discarded at your convenience.
