This page re',ision was made in accordance with the recommendations of your staf f and should be subs tituted for Page 45 submitted with NFS' letter of July 12, 1979.
Since a disdosure cf the information contained in the endosure to this letter would tend to weaken the safeguards and security measures and is deemed commercial and finandal proprietary information within the intent of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4), it should be, withheld from public disclosure under the provisions of 10 CFR 2.79C(d).
