The shipping activities authorized by this approval are procurement, mainten-ance, repair, a.1d use.
All other shipping activities (i.e., desigr, fabrication, assembly, testing, and rodification) shall be satisfied by obtaining certifi-cation frcm package suppliers that these activities were conducted in accordance tiith an f;RC-approved QA program.
It shall remain the responsibility of the
