Dear Mr. Keppler:

The following has been prepared as a response to IE Bulletin 79-11, concerning the use of Westinghouse Type DB breakers.

There are no breakers of this type planned f,r use in safety related systems at the Perry Nuclear Power Plant.

In addition, the 480V overcurrent trip devices pinsned for this fac.lity are solid state in lieu of electromechanical.
