Exxon Nuclear Company, Inc. has been requested to perform additional work identical to that described in our letter of June 22, 1977, and for which the USNRC issued Amendment No. 9 (7/S/77) to our license.

Amendment No. 9 carried an expiration date of December 31, 1977.

Exxon Nuclear hereby requests that this.'c.endment be reinstated with an expiration date of December 31, 1979.

A check in the amount of $150 (administrative fee) is enclosed.
