Modification No.1 to Letter Contract fio. iiRC-17-79-453 Paragraph 4 of the subject contract document is deleted in its entir'ty and the following new paragraph 4 is substituted in lieu thereof:
"4.
In the event that said definitive contract is not executed by the parties by July 31,1979 (or by any subsequent date mutually agreed upon in writing), this Letter Contract will expire on the stated date, as the case may be."
Your acceptance of the above change is requested by your acknowledgment and return of four (4) copies of this letter at yene earliest convenience.
