Your letter of June 5, 1979 requested NFS to provide additional information in
'1pport of the West Valley Q.A. Program submitted Octc Ler 9, 1978 in response to the requirements of 10 CFR 71.51.
NFS plans to submit the requested information between August 20 and Septem-ber 4, 1979.
We would like to meet with members of your staff in the near future to determine the NRC criteria for
" safety-related" (Question 6) as applied to shipping packages.
