Pursuant to the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, is amended,the Erergy Reorganization Act of 1974, as amended, and Title IC, Code of Federal Regulations, Chapter 1, P:rt 71, and in reliance on statements and representations heretofore made in Item 5 by the perscn named in item 2, the Quality Assurance Program identified in item 5 is hereby approved. This approval is issLed to satisfy the recuirements of Section 71.51 of lo CFR Part 71. This approval is subject to all applicable ru'es, requ!ations, and orders of tr e Nuctur Regulatory Commission now or bereafter in ef fect and to any conditions specified below.

The shipping activities authorized by this approval are procurement, mainten-ance, repair, and use.
All other shipping activities (i.e., design, fabrication, assembly, tr : ting, and modification) shall be satisfied by obtaining certifi-cations frv. ackage suppliers that these activities were conducted in accordanca wi th an tR',
- ] proved CA program. It shall remain the responsiollity of the licensee-user that all transportation activities meet the requirements of 10 CFR 571.51.
