The shipping activities authorized by this spproval are prccurement, mainten-ance, repair, and use.
All other shipping activities (i.e., design, fabrication, assembly, testing, and modification) shall be satisfied by cbtaining certifi-cations f rca package suppliers that these activities were ccr.cucted in accordance with an IRC-approved CA program. It shall remain the respcnsibility of the licensee-user that all transportation activities meet the requirements of 10 CFR s71.51.
