The shipping activities authorized by this acproval are procurement, nainten-ance, repair, and use.
All other shipping activities (i.e., design, f abricaticn, assembly, testing, and cdificaticn) snall be satisfied by obtaining certifi-cations from package suppliers that these activities were conducted in accordance with an.,xC-approved CA program. It shall remain the responsibility of the licensee-user that all transportation activities meet the requirements of 10 CFR 571.51.
