Pursuant to the Atomic Energy Act of 1054,as amendxt, the Energy Heorganization Act o' 1974, as amended, and Title 10, Code of Fedeial limulations, Chapter 1, Part 71, and in reliance on statements and representations heretofore made in item 5 by the person namel in item 2,the Quality Assurance Pr ogram identifie d in item 5 is hereby approved. Activities conducted under applicable criteria of Appendix E of 10 CFR Part 71 to be executed with regard to transportation packages by October 1,1979.
B.
The shipping activities authorized by this approval are procurement, nainten-ance. repair, and use.
All other shipping activities (i.e., design, fabrication, ass <.ibly, testing, and modification) shall be satisfied by obtaining certifi-cations fron package suppliers that these activities t;ere conducted in accordance with an IP.C-approved y progran.
It shall remain the responsibility of the licensee-user that all transportation activities meet the requirements of 10 Cf R 571.51.
