The shipping activities authorized by this approval are procurement, nairten-ance, repair, and use.
All other shipping activities (i.e.,
design, f abrication, assembly, testin;, and codification) shall be satisfied by obtaining certifi-cations fron package suppliers that these activities were conducted in accordance with an IRC-epproved (A progran.
It shall remain the responsibility of the licensee-user that all transportation activities meet the requirements of 10 CfR 971.51.
