The shipping activities authorized by this approval are procurement, mainten-ance, repair, and use.
All other shipping activities (i.e., design, f abrication, assembly, tes.ing, and codification) shall be satisfied by obtaining certifi-cations from package suppliers that these activities were conducted in accordance with an fRC-approved Q\\ progren.
It shall remain the responsibility of the licensee-user that all transportation activities meet the requirements of 10 CFR @71,51.
