The shipping activities authorized by this approval are procurement, mainten-ance, repair, and use.
All other shipping activities (i.e., design, fabrication, assembly, testing, and modification) shall be satisfied by obtaining certifi-cations fron package suppliers that these activities were conducted in accordance with an IRC-approved (/; program. It shall remair the responsibility of tFe licensee-user that all transportation activities teet the requirements c-10 CFR g71.51.
