Pursuant to the Atomic Energy Act of 1054, as amended, the Energy Heerganization Act of 1974, as amended, and Title 10, Code of Fede,al Regulations, Chapter 1. Part 71, and in reliance on statements and representations heretofore made in item 5 by the person namcd in Item 2,the Quality Assurance Prot, ram identified in item 5 is herehy approved. This approval is issued to satisf y the requirements of Section 71.51 of 10 CF R r art 71. This aprroval is subject to all applicable rules, regulations, and orders of the Nuclear Hegulatory Commission now or hereafter in ef fect and to any Conditions specified below.

Activities conducted unde applicable criteria of Appendix E of 10 CFR Part 71 to be executed with regJi J to transportation packages by October I,1979.
B.
The shipping activities authorized by this approval are procurement, mainten-ance, repair, and use.
All other shipping activities (i.e., design, f abrication, assembly, testing, and modification) shall be satisfied by obtaining certifi-cations from package suppliers that these activities were conducted in accordance with an tRC-approved CA program.
It shall remain the responsibility of the licensee-user that all transportation activities meet the requirements of 10 CFR s71.51.
