APPLICATION FOR EXPORT LICENSE DATED 5/23/79, XSNM01518, LEU TO JAPAN Purcose:
To inform the Commission of the receipt of a license application.
Discussion:
Enclosed for the information of the Commission are copies of an application for a license for which Comission action will ultimately be necessary.
Copies of the application have been placed in the Public Document Room.
It is noted that this is a routine reload for Chi 2 which ordinarily could be approved at the staff level pursuant to 10 CFR 110.40(b)(2); however, this request will be forwarded for Comission review as requested by Commissioner Bradford on December 8,1978.
Comissioners are requested to advise the staff of any particular issues or information which they can identify at this stage and which they wish included in the staff's analysis.
