Dear Mr. Keppler:
This letter constitutes Public Service Indiana's response to I&E Bulletins 79-12,79-12A, and 79-12B.
The reactor pressure vessels being supplied for the Marble Hill Nuclear Generating Station Units 1 & 2 are supplied by Combustion Engineering under a sub:entract from Westinghouse Electric Corporation.
Combustion Engineering submitted a generic report entitled " Atypical Weld Material in Reactor Pressure Vessel Welds" to the NRC on June 8, 1979. The weld material data and other required information pertinent to the Marble Hill reactor vessels has been included in the Combustion Engineering generic report.
