EjgENSInN OF TIME On July 26, 1979, the NRC Staff receivsd the Commission's Order o# July 24, 1979, which provided, inter alia,that tF 2 Staff may file an answer to " Motion By Nuclear Engineering Conpany, Inc. To Sua11ement Its Motion For Reconsideration Dated June 18, 1979" within twelve days after the date of the Order.
The Staff's answer would thus be due by August 6,1979.

For the reason stated, the Staff requests an extension of time to August 15, 1979, within which to file an answer to NEC0's supplemented motion.
Counsel for NEC0 has authorized the Staff to state that he has no objection to this request.
