Beaver Valley Power Station Unit No. 2 Docket No. 50-412 IE Bulletin 79-09 GE AK-2 Circuit Breakers We have reviewed IE Bulletin 79-09 which was submitted with your letter dated April 17, 1979 and identifies potential problems with General Electric Type AK-2 Circuit Breakers.
Circuit Breakers of the type described in IE Bulletin 79-09 are not being used in any safety related system or other systems, and there are no plans to use them.
We have not received copies of the General Elect'_ic Service Advice Letters since, as described above, ne:e or the subject circuit breakers were directly purchased for Beaver Val-ley Power Station Unit No. 2 DUQUEoNE LIGHT COMPANY k)
