SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - CONDUIT JUNCTION BOXES INSIDE CCNTALNMENT - NCR EEB 79 FINAL REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector W. T. Cottle on June 15, 1979, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.S5(e).
Enclosed is our final report. This deficiency was also identified at Watts Bar Nuclear Plant as NCR EEB 79-8.
