This is in respone co your telecopy of June 18, 1979 and the telephone conversation ot June 18, 1979 between our R. L. Jackson and W. Goodwin and C. Vogel concerning your request to further delay initiating certain portions of your Material Measurement Control Plan (10 CFR 70.57).
We have determined that the granting of further delays in implementing certain sections of your Material Measurement Control Plan will not endanger the common defense and security a'id is otherwise in the public interest.
According-ly, License Condition 2.1.1 of Amendment SG-4 to ynur License Io. Stim-1107 is hereby revised to read as follows:
2.1.1 The licensee shall implement the Material Measurement Control Plan dated April 6, 1979 by May 30, 1979 with the exception of Section 4.2.3(g) which shall be implemented no later than June 30, 1979 and Sections 4.1.2 and 4.5 which shall be impleme'ited no later than July 31, 1979.
