The shipping activities authorized by this appraval are procurement, mainten-anCe, repair, and use. All other shipping acti 'ities (i.e., design, fabrication, assembly, testing, and modification) shall be sadsfied by obtaining certifi-Cations frOC' package suppliers that these activities were conducted in accordance with an NRC-acproved QA program.
It shall remain th? responsibility of tne licensee-user that all transportation activities mee-the requirements of 10 CFR 571.51.
