_I_E Bulletin No. 79-04 Bulletin No. 79-04, received April 2,1979, has been reviewed by Houston Lighting & Power Company. Investigation indicates that swing check valves manufactured by Velan Manufacturing Corporaticn are not being utilized in the South Texas Project, and therefore no action is necessary.
