T e QA program submitted for the Nuclear Science and Technology Facility on December 22, 1978 has been amended as per your request.
Part 7 of our submittal has been changed to indicate that the auditors shall have no responsibility in our activities. The changed portion is designated by a vertical signal on the right hand margin of the attached revision of page 4.
I hope that this change is sufficient f.o meet the requirements of 10CFR 71.51.
