Piepmeier on June 1, 1973, in the captione/ proceeding.
Mr. Piepmeier has simply stated that he wishes to mtervene without addressing the matters of timeliness, standing, or contentions as required by 10 CFR 62.714. The Staff encloses herewith a copy of 10 CFR Part 2 (the Comission's Rules of Practice) for Mr. Piepmeier's infornation. The requirements for submittal of an untidiely petition for leave to intervene are addressed in the above-cited section of the Rules.
