SL'MMARY Inspection on April 24-27, 1979.
Areas Inspected This routine unannounced inspection involved 42 inspector-hours on site in the areas of facility organization, storage and internal control, and shipping and receiving.
Results Of the three areas inspected, no apparent items of noncompliance or deviations were identified in two areas; two apparent items of noncompliance were found (Deficiency - Failure to complete NRC-741 Forms in accordance in one area with prin' ed instructions (79-06-01); Deficiency - Failure to reconcile statistically significant shipper-receiver differences (79-06-07)), one apparent deviation was found. in one area (failure to use 19 strand wire for tamper-safing seals (79-06-03)).
