Under the provisions of the Freedom of Infornation Act, 5 U. S. C. 552, I am requesting accocs to all information sub-mitted to your agency by any corporation, partnership, group, or individuals concerning or related to the construction or op ration of the nuclear g(n" rating facility at 'arble Hill near '.idison, Indiana.

I am making this request on behalf of several individuals who are concerned about the safe construction and operation of the facility. As you know, the act permits you to reduce or

';aive fees when the release of the information is considered as "primarily benefitting the public." I believe that this request fits that category and I, therefore, ask that you vaive any fens.
