This is response to your letter dated April 6,1979, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of daily briefing papers and reports regarding emission data on particulate matter and gamma radiation at the Three Mile Island Nuclear Generating Station Unit 2 for March 28 and 29,1979.
The enclosed report, " Title List-Publicly Available Docurlents-Three Mile Island Unit 2-Docket 50-320" and the attached printouts identify those records subject to your request on the Unit 2 Reactor which have been disclosed publicly as of June 20, 1979.
These rocords have been plat in Docket File 50-320 at the NRC Public Docun.ent Room (PDR),1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20555 where they are available for public
.nspection and copying.
The charge for reproducing these records is eight cents ($0.08) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a) of the Commission's regulations.
