Request for Additional Information 1.
Identify (by position title) who is resporsible to assure that the regulatory required inspections and tests are performed in accordance with written procedures (part 5).
2.
Provide a comitment that each activity under the control of the quality assurance program wil's be audited at least once each year by an individual or team that has no responsibility in the activity being audited.
