For the Westinghouse Nuclear Fuel Division, identify the specific revision of WCAP-7800 ',thich wili be used to satisfy Appendix E to 10 CFR Part 71.

2.

In the 10 CFR Part 71 QA Program, identify the organizational element or individual (by title) responsible for activities assigned to "The Licensee." Also, in the last paragraph of Part 2, provide the organizational element or individual (by title) responsible for each activity such that the commitment is auditable.

3.

Parts 6 and 7 show the Radiati.:n Safety Officer having specific responsibilities.

Identify the Radiation Safety Officer (by title) on Figures 2 and 3.
