On July 13, 1979, while continuing our evaulation of seismic rostratncs, it was discovered that tuo pipa supports did not meer the original design SSE specifications.
These pipe stipportas are on t.he ifPCI te..st line downstream of the test value and on the RHR crosstie.
Cause and Corrective Actica*g The cause of this event was design error.
