All other shipping activities (i.e., design, fabricaticn, assembl:, testing, and r,odification) shall be satisfied by obtaining certifi-cations fron package suppliers that these activities viere conducted in accordance with an RC-approved (A program.
It shall remain the responsibility of the licensee-user that all transportation activities meet the requirements of 10 CFR t71.Sl.
