See about 60 submissions to that same email address on 3/9/2017, but dont know if one of them is the TPWD response. I realize not all of the comments are uploaded, so I will keep this flagged and check again once PNNL says they are finished uploading comment documents.

The letter NRC mailed out on 3/9/2017 is not the letter TPWD responded to. We will need to make sure we keep track of that in the consultation discussions of the EIS.

Proposed Consolidated Interim Storage Facility Andrews County Hi Amy, TPWD received your request for review for the CISF in Andrews County. Looking through my files it appears we provided scoping comments on this project on March 3, 2017, the comments were submitted via email to the address listed below. These comments were in response to an email from the NRC dated February 1, 2017. The TPWD comment letter and the email we received from the NRC are attached.

Are the previous comments sufficient or is TPWD needing to review this project again and submit another comment letter?
