utilities to the NRC Office of Inspection and Inforcement Bulletins and NRC Crders.
In accordance with the procedures cutlined in the Federal Register en October 4,1978, (43 FR 45926), oral or written statements may be presented by certers of the public, recordings will be cermitted only during these portions of the meetirry when a transcript is being kept, and questions may be asked cnly by members of the Subecmmittee, its consultants, and Staff. Persons desiring to make oral statements should notify the Cesignated Federal Employee as far in advance as practicable so that appropriate arrangements can be made to allow the necessary time during the meeting for such statements.
