REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION MILLSTONE, UNIT NO. 1 DEGRADED GRID VOLTAGE (TAC 10033) 1.

Provide the trip point on the second level voltage protection on the 4160V bus.

Include the basis for the trip point voltage and the time delay in the Technical Specification change.

2.

Describe how the voltage monitors satisfy the requirements of IEEE Std. 279-1971.

Include sufficient information to enable us to verify compliance with the requirements.
