NRC/TMI Special Investigation Group to an Attached List requesting information on staff activities relating to the THI-2 accident.
It should be noted that individuals who have responded to the EDO request of Ap'ril 13. 1979 need not respond again. If work related to TMI-2 has been performed by you or by a contractor at your request after April 13, 1979, please make note of it. Please forward all input to this request to me by C.O.D. Juna 13,1973 so that a single package of Rts responses can be sent to the 'iRC/TMI Special Investigation Group.
The list attached to Mr. Defoung's ceso includes names of personnel who have contributed tica to the TMI effort. If there are RES oeccers whose names have been omitted, we would appreciate your input also.
