Comments by Federal, State, and local officials, or other persons received by the Ccr ission will be made available for public inspection at the Cocmlission's Public Document Rosa in-Washington, D. C. and the local public document rocms at the locations given above.

Upon consideratica of comments submitted with respect to the draf t environmental statement, the Commission's staff will prepare a final environmental state-ment, the availability of which will be published in the FEDERAL REGISTER.
