LICENSEE'S MOTION FOR ORDER COMPELLING INTERVENORS NINA BELL AND CONSOLIDATED INTERVENORS TO RESPOND TO LICENSEE'S SECOND SET OF INTERROGATORIES Perm.rd General Electric Company (" Licensee") moves the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (Board) for an order, pursuant to 10 CFR S2.740 (f), compelJ.ing Mina Bell and Consolidated Inter-venors (hereinafter referred to as "Intervenors") to respond to Licensee's Second. Set of Interrogatories to Interveno*s, dated May 8, 1979.
The Second Set of Interrogatories was directed to Intervenors' contentions admitted as issues in this proceeC' ; by the Board at the Prehealing Conference on March 29, 1979.
Licensee sought information primarily relating to the specificity and bases of those contentions which, as indicated by Intervencrs' responses both to Licensee's First Set of Interrogatories !and to tha Staff's Interro-515 351

It should be noted that those responses were furnished only after the Board granted Licol.sco's prior Motion to Compel.

Licensee's Second Set of Interrogatories was personally served on Intervenors on May 9, 1979 and thus pursuant to 10 CFR 2.740b(b),
Intervenors were obligated to respond by May 23, 1979.
No responses have been received by Licensee.
Therefore, Licensee respectfully requests that the Board order Intervenors to respcnd fully and meaningfully to Licensee's Second Set of Interrogatories.
