Report of Decontamination History The portions of the decontamination history report that describe decontami-nation of plant surfaces within the Extraction Cherrical Room and Extraction Cells 1 through 3 have been developed as draft working papers. The initial draft of this report is appro; %ately seventy-five percent complete.
Discussion of Follow-up Action to 8D-2 Pan Defect Permanent pneumatic instrumentation lines have beer. installed replacing '
temporary lines to the 801 and 8D2 pan and vault level detectors. Taylor transmitters have been installed in new above-ground cabinets on the tank farm. The cabinets are located such that the lengths of the detector purge lines are minimized.
The vault eductor steam supply lines and permanent vault levelometer lines for 8D1 and 2 that had been discovered to be twelve inches shorter than required by plan have been extended to conform with the plan.
Next Meeting The next meeting is tentatively scheduled for 1:30 PM, Wednesday, July 11, 1979 at the NRC offices in Silver Spring, Md.
