Enclosed are two copies of a draft Comprehensive Evaluation Report consoli-dating observations of the four teams that visited your facility during July 1r79.
I understand that you have already taken corrective actions to respond t) a number of the obrervations of those teams.
In the interest of a tinely resolution to the observations of the report, I am sending this report while it is still in draft form.
I am also requesting members of my staff to con-tact you shortly to schedule a visit to your facility to discuss those actions already undertaken as well as actions which are appropriate for the remaining observations.
