NRC PUBLIC DormmNT ROOM On April 27, 1979 the NRC Staff filed a Motion for Summary Disposition in this proceeding in respect of Contentions 2(a), 2(b),2'c) and 2(d).
We strongly support this motion.
However, our reading of 10 CFR S2.749(a) is that parties who do not oppose a summary disposition motion have no right to file a formal response.
