Dear Mr. Bradford:
Docket No. 50-466 is now before the full NRC co==ission for review at the present tine. More exactly ALAE-535, AT.A%539, and AT. AA344 are before the Co= mission for review. I can' t tell from the Rules of Procedure whethar parties can send information to the Consission during this time. As can-be seen from reading ALAS-544, I have already sent the attached Meco to all the proper parties, but I can't be sure that the Comnission has been sent it (or even if they have asked for it) so I am sending it to you directly.
Th'e issue of correct Notice is too i=portest to not conside^-
it closely. I hope that you fil make sure that all menbers of the Co-'ssion get copies of the full record (including the attached Me=o which should be in that record).
